We are all special, unique, and created for a specific purpose. While the journey towards destiny can often be filled with many twist and turns this shouldn't prevent us from arriving to our prescribed destination. Sound decision-making is the key.

After a decade of providing psychotherapy to individuals and families I have learned that all decisions are motivated by one of two very powerful emotions, love or fear. Love-based decisions bring life, joy and peace while fear-based decisions are detrimental to a person's growth and stifles one's ability to follow the call on his/her life.

Socrates said "the unexamined life is not worth living."  I challenge you to slow down, examine your life and understand what drives and motivates you. What might you achieve if fear was no longer in the equation?

I know that my assignment is to motivate and inspire others to complete their assignment. Please join me on the quest to discover a life filled with meaning and  purpose.
